  Alice von Hildebrand recently spoke of her and her husband’s dedication to the truth, “the severe moral crisis” of today and the centuries old solution of repentance, prayer, and penance with Register correspondent Trent Beattie.   What a gracious lady. Deconstructionism vs the missionary mandate

When the Lord wants to put a book in my hands, He makes it very clear to me that yes, indeed this is the book for you right now. He’s done it this way for over 30 years. Some of the books that most recently have come my way would seem a bit off putting, perhaps leaning toward the negative side of the equation, but these are not ordinary times. It’s only later when I look back at the reading list do I see the trail of truth He’s trying to convey.
